GUICHON VALVES has put into place several measures since 2006 which work to reinforce this philosophy.  It is the case with significant investments that are going to combine ergonomics of the work stations and productivity, or even adapting work schedules to family life or sponsoring events or activities in which employees participate.

In addition, GUICHON VALVES distributes 15% of its pre-tax profit to its employees in function of customer service rate and no threshold effect.  A “IEP” with the possibility of regular payment/installments and a % matching contribution from company is also offered.
